Vigneti Tardis, Fratelli Felix Bianco 2022

Vigneti Tardis is the Italian wine project of London based Sommelier Jack Lewens. Based in Campania, he harnesses indigenous, southern Italian varietals from organic vineyards, producing wines as naturally as possible. Fratelli Felix Bianco 2022 is made from a blend of Fiano and Falanghina; the grapes were harvested and left on skins for a couple of days to boost the texture and aromatic profile in the wine. A nose of grapefruit, honeysuckle and quince lead to a velvety medium-bodied palate with more tangy citrus notes and honey on the finish. A great wine on its own or paired with chicken.
